A few days ago, we sent you an email asking for your help with a short survey on the COVID-19 pandemic, the Household Pulse Survey. This survey is being conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau and is available for the next four days only.

Your answers to the Household Pulse Survey can guide federal, state and local policymakers in making decisions that support our nation’s communities at this critical time. While your participation is voluntary, it is very important. This survey provides information that cannot be collected elsewhere on Americans’ finances, educational opportunities, employment, and mental health during this pandemic.
